Forehead wrinkles are usually extremely deep seated and give a completely different definition to your face in the later stages of your life. Fruits which are rich in water content are extremely helpful in getting rid of forehead wrinkles. Watermelons, muskmelons, grapes and berries are rich in water content. It is a great way to keep your body and skin hydrated and also a good way to escape fatty foods when you are hungry. Try to avoid too much of oily food, in this day and age of fast food it is understandably difficult to cut down of fast food completely but do choose healthy options when ever you can.
