Forehead wrinkles

Forehead wrinkles are usually extremely deep seated and give a completely different definition to your face in the later stages of your life. They are usually a result of expressions and it is seen that a particular expression when repeated numerous times over ones’ life span sets in the skin as wrinkles. So people who frown often will have a higher risk of vertical lines right in between their forehead and people who raise their forehead too many times may develop horizontal forehead wrinkles. Vertical forehead wrinkles are usually seen between your eyebrows and horizontal forehead wrinkles are seen below the hairline or at times across your forehead.

Numerous preventive measure for forehead wrinkles are available, some of which are extremely internalised solutions. Psychologically, you have to realise that you can not stay young for ever, you will mature and maturity will show on your face. It is best advised to accept age with grace. This does not mean that you should not look after your skin merely because it is inevitable to age but what it means is that you should be comfortable in your skin. If you are a happy person you will frown less which means in later stages of your life you will have less forehead wrinkles. Even if you do have some forehead wrinkles at least you will be satisfied that these are traces where happiness once resided.

Have loads of water to keep your skin hydrated and use a good sunscreen as damage caused by the heat of the sun is also a cause of wrinkling. One can not get rid of forehead wrinkles or wrinkles anywhere as it is a natural body process but what one can do is reduce the fine lines and not look more than your age. Forehead wrinkles are also known as frowning wrinkles. They can also be genetic and one may see fine lines even at the age of 17. Forehead wrinkles need be supported by any triggering factor as such. They are a part of life and will develop sooner or later but you can keep a check on them to make sure they are not prematurely visible. No smoking, no drinking, a balanced diet, use sunscreen, wear sunglasses, try and carry and umbrella to block the sun, have a protective cloth around your face in case you need to move out in extremely hot days and use a good moisturiser  and a good skin care regime during  your lifetime depending on your skin type is the mantra.

Fruits which are rich in water content are extremely helpful in getting rid of forehead wrinkles. Watermelons, muskmelons, grapes and berries are rich in water content. It is a great way to keep your body and skin hydrated and also a good way to escape fatty foods when you are hungry. Try to avoid too much of oily food, in this day and age of fast food it is understandably difficult to cut down of fast food completely but do choose healthy options when ever you can.
