Surya Tamil Actor’s Diet Plan

 

Surya, Saravanan Sivakumar, had won the hearts of many people after the success of his film Ghajini. For his film Surya S/O Krishnan, he had lost around ten kilos just within a span of twenty two days. In a recent interview Surya, Tamil actor diet plan was revealed.

 

According to Surya, the secret behind his weight loss is General Motors diet plan. But he had made a lot of changes in the diet plan in order to suit his body’s requirements. The General Motors diet is basically designed for a seven day diet regime. In the very first day, one needs to consume only fruits, except for bananas. Watermelon is highly recommended for the first day of the diet. And if somebody just restricts their fruit consumption just to watermelons, then they can lose up to three pounds of weight. Similarly on the second day, one only needs to have vegetables throughout the day. In order to get your share of carbohydrates, one can have baked potato during breakfast. The third day diet should consist of a healthy mix of fruits and vegetables, but potatoes and bananas should be kept at bay. The fourth day of the diet marks the inclusion of bananas and milk. On the fifth day of the diet one can eat chicken or beef with tomatoes. The next day one can have beef or chicken with vegetables. During the last day of the diet, one can have brown rice with vegetables.

Surya’s trainer Satyajit Chaurasia helped him to have a six pack body by changing his lifestyle routine. Surya says that Aamir Khan has inspired him a lot for the six packs since Aamir has worked very hard to achieve the eight packs even in his forties. Surya claims that Aamir has been a source of inspiration to many people who want to have a great physique.

 

 

  1. He made him workout for at least two hours every day in the gym to have a six pack abs. It took surya almost half a year to get six pack abs.

  2. His exercise included half an hour of aerobics and next one and a half hour of strenuous gyming.

  3. After his workout, he drank one glass of protein powder mixed in milk.

  4. He believed in natural body and kept himself away from steroids and artificial fat burners.

  5. In his diet, he avoided cholesterol food items.

  6. His daily diet started with very light breakfast of 6-7 egg whites. In lunch, he ate rice while for dinner he preferred fresh veggies along with two chapattis and rice plate.

  7. He stays without salt once in a week. Has only chicken with pepper powder.

 

Earlier Surya used to weight around seventy five kilos, but after following the General Motors diet and the workout regime designed by Satyajit, he had lost around eleven kilos.
